5.How to buy
- a) To purchase one or more products on pieragabrieli.it, you will need to register and fill out the order form in electronic format.
- b) The order form contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale, and a summary of information on the characteristics of each product, the relative price and applicable taxes or duties, the available means of payment, the delivery methods of the products purchased, shipping costs.
- c) The purchase is completed when Piera Gabrieli receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
- d) Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked to carefully read and approve the General Conditions of Sale.
- e) The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
- f) Once the contract is concluded, Piera Gabrieli will take charge of your purchase order.
- g) If the products presented on pieragabrieli.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending the order form, Piera Gabrieli will notify you promptly and in any case by thirty (30) days starting from the day following the day on which you have sent your order, any unavailability of the products ordered and the reimbursement methods.
- h) By sending the order form you confirm that you know and accept the General Conditions of Sale and the further information contained in pieragabrieli.it, also referred to via links.
- i) Once the contract is concluded, pieragabrieli.it will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form.
- f) If I consider the measurements included in the sheet you sent me as not ideal for making your tailor-made garment, I will contact you to ask you to recheck them and perfect them together for the best possible outcome of the model.
6.Guarantees and indication of product prices
The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the web browser and monitor used.
All products are equipped with an identification tag. We ask you not to remove the tag and related seal from the products purchased, of which they constitute an integral part.
In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, Piera Gabrieli has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relevant tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged or have been worn.
7.Payments
Payment for products can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, SumUp mobile.
8.Shipping
Shipping takes place within 4 working days.
Shipping costs: €12,00 for orders under €200.
Free Shipping for orders over €200.
No deliveries are made to PO Boxes or Fermo Posta.
National shipments are made via DHL express courier (https://www.logistics.dhl/it-it/home.html)
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours.
To best arrange delivery, when you receive the email from the courier, agree on the time and day agreed upon with you.
9. Right of withdrawal
For orders made to measure and completely personalized, the art. applies. 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code (“Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) in derogation of articles 52 to 58 of the same Code:

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the creation of a product designed, created and packaged to measure and clearly personalized upon express request of the customer.
To guarantee a high level of service, Piera Gabrieli (in the Gabrieli Pierina studio) provides for the withdrawal of the contract if the packaged item presents: structural imperfections, wearability problems or impossibility of modifications.
Studio Gabrieli Pierina provides for the reimbursement of the amount paid following the fulfillment of the conditions listed in the Returns and refunds section.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within ten (10) working days from the day you received the products purchased on pieragabrieli.it.
Only unused and undamaged items will be accepted. Piera Gabrieli reserves the right to refuse to refund if the item shows obvious signs of use or damage. Items that have been modified in any way will not be accepted.
The products to be returned must be shipped within 10 working days from the date of their receipt.
The products can be returned by sending the package via courier, only after completing the return form found online on the pieragabrieli.it website.
It is possible to replace a product purchased with the size displayed in the window only and exclusively if the product itself has not been modified or damaged. In this case, Piera Gabrieli reserves the right, once the return has arrived, to make another one with the necessary specifications deemed suitable, and according to the times available.
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
- a) the Return Form must be correctly completed and sent electronically to recesso@pieragabrieli.it within ten (10) working days from the delivery date.
The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by registered mail to the address Piera Gabrieli, via Bosco 12 – 35020 Correzzola (PD).
- b) the products must not have been used, worn, soiled, washed or damaged;
- c) the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
- d) the products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags;
- e) the returned products must be delivered to the courier within ten (10) working days from the date on which you received the products.
The return shipping costs will be your responsibility, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.
The return cannot be accepted if it does not comply with the conditions stated above.
In any case, if you return the product, and it does not comply with the conditions mentioned above, and therefore I cannot accept the return, you can have the same product back at your expense.
If you refuse this shipment, Piera Gabrieli reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
10. Refund methods and times
After receiving the return and checking that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund is activated as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which you became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the conditions set out above. In the case of a gift, the sums will be refunded to the person who made the payment.
11.Product identification tag
All products offered for sale on pieragabrieli.it are equipped with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.
12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.
In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the Court of Padua is considered competent.
